Marina Model of Floating Dock. (NO Boats Included with Model)

A high detail modular dock system that can be expanded to make any number of slips for a marina. This is a high-end floating dock system. It is complete with pilings, floats, decking, light pedestals, dock boxes, hoses, cleats and dock lines. It also includes an aluminum ramp to connect the docks to land or a promenade.

As an added bonus the lights on the Pedestals are set up for beautiful evening and night shots.

A point helper is linked to all the dock objects so it and rise and fall with the tide very easily.

All objects and layers are properly named. There are no generic named objects.

This is a complete Marina (without any boats). I do show some boats in some preview renders but they ARE NOT INCLUDED with this model. They are for preview illustration purposes only. I don't have the Rights to distribute them. Also, I don't have the Rights to distrubute the HDRI images I used in the previews. But I have included an HDRI that I created that is great for generic light and for testing. Add your own favorite HDRIs if you like.

Due to the fact that this model is very photorealistic, it is only supplied in VRay and Corona versions. I was unable to create a Scanline version that maintained the high level of realism. So, a scanline version is not included. However, you can certainly take the file and convert it back to Scanline or Arnold. All of the maps are supplied and there aren't too many of them. I've provided Max files back to version 2016. However, there are a few 'Substances' (Allegorithmic.com) in the model. I'm unsure how far back 'Substance' support is for 3ds Max. Substances are most definately supported by Max 2018 and 2019.
